The CLIC-OPEQ program allows low-income families to benefit from a desktop, refurbished laptop, tablet or smartphone at a very affordable price. This computer will be a significant element for the academic or professional development of all family members.
Note: Individuals cannot apply on their own; all applications MUST be from an organization or school in Quebec. In addition, the organization or school must validate the eligibility of the beneficiaries.
Which organization can help you order a computer?
Schools and community organizations that work directly with low-income familly can apply to OPEQ. Most cities have directories of community organizations that could help you.
Eligible organizations for CLIC-OPEQ program :
An organization that is already a client of OPEQ or a non-profit organization with a registration number in the Québec Business Directory (NEQ).
If you benefit from a services of a community organization, you can invite a manager to contact us to learn the details of the program and how to proceed to make an order.
