Furthermore, additional costs are expected in case of delay, breakage or loss. Transport: Cost of transportation of laptops back and forth from our Montreal workshop at your expense. Delay: Any delay in the return of laptops will incur additional charges of $ 20 per day and per laptop. Breakdown or loss of laptops: Any breakage or loss of laptops will incur additional charges of $ 200 per laptop. How it works The form must have been completed at least 10 working days before the required date in order to give us time to prepare the laptops. You will receive a confirmation of the amount of the deposit to send us, which will be 50% of the direct rental cost (no tax will be charged). After payment of the deposit, the laptops can be handed to you. Upon return of the laptops, a final invoice will be given to you including all the expenses of hiring (material, transport, delay, breakage or loss). Full payment will be required within 30 days.
